PALAZZO of LA DATCHA - Forte dei Marmi lies in the heart of a Tuscan resort town, just 30 meter far from the beach of the of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Palazzo was built in the Classical style back in 1930 and now completely rinnovated preserving is historical look.
The palazzo has four floors. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a dining room and a cocktail area, a bar, two working spaces, a cinema, and a spa centre with a swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a sunbathing terrace.

The three upper floors contain 10 (ten) suites, each featuring a dressing room and a bathroom for the guests comfort.

Included in the rent is the access to La Datcha Beach club situated a short walk away from Palazzo on the north side of the Forte dei Marmi pier. Tenant shall have the exclusive use of no. 11 out of the total of 12 tents on the beach (1 tent always reserved to Owner and its special guests) and the use of the club facilities such as changing rooms, showers, bar and restaurant.
